All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched by a small independent business. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched via Royal Mail using a tracked or standard service selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details where applicable.
As a small business, we work closely with Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside of our control. We are always happy to assist if you experience any issues with your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We kindly ask that customers include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve any issues quickly.
