All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or availability at any time without notice. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

 

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once parcels have been dispatched.

 

Our products are sold for personal use only. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
